Indira Gandhi Memorial (IGM) Hospital is the most oldest hospital  in  the state of Tripura which is situated in the heart of the Agartala , the capital city of Tripura and is run by Government of Tripura.. The hospital was establised in the year 1903 A.D. and since then this hospital is rendering quality service to the people of Tripura.

At present IGM Hospital is running Post MBBS NBEMS-Diploma courses in four disciplines since 2022.

Diploma in Family Medicine (D.FAM) :   Total intake capacity - 06/year, AIQ - 03  State In-Service - 03

Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (DGO) : Total intake capacity - 06/year, AIQ - 03  State In-Service - 03

Diploma in Child Health (DCH) : Total intake capacity - 04/year, AIQ - 02  State In-Service - 02

Diploma in Ophthalmology (DO) : Total intake capacity - 04/year, AIQ - 02  State In-Service - 02

Future Plan : To start Post MBBS NBEMS Diploma course in Radilogy

Course Fee : Rs.125000/year

Stipend Fee : Rs.43000/month for 1st year (Subjected to necessary approval from Finance Department, Govt. of Tripura

                              Rs.45000/month for 2nd year

At present there is no hostel accommodation available at IGM Hospital. Hostel accommodation fee is refundable.
